Savine, also called Sabina, is derived from the fresh, young shoots of its shrub. This remedy primarily addresses profuse hemorrhaging. Specifically, it's indicated for heavy menstrual bleeding, bright red in color and exacerbated by movement, accompanied by lower back pain radiating to the abdomen, possibly extending to the thighs and vagina. Further applications include recurrent third-trimester miscarriages, post-abortion uterine infections, and constipation with hemorrhoids, particularly when presenting with bright red bleeding. Additionally, it may be used for urinary tract infections, including hematuria and urinary urgency. Skin manifestations such as itchy, burning warts are also addressed. Lower back pain, extending to the abdomen and accompanied by joint pain, may also respond. Dosage should be as directed by a healthcare professional and may be combined with conventional medications. To ensure optimal efficacy, observe a 30-minute interval between intake and food, beverages, or other medications.
