Savine, also called Sabina, is derived from the fresh, young shoots of its shrub. Its primary application addresses significant hemorrhaging. Specifically, it's indicated for profuse, bright red menstrual bleeding, exacerbated by movement, accompanied by lower back pain radiating to the abdomen and potentially the thighs and vagina. Further uses include recurrent third-trimester miscarriages, post-abortion uterine infections, and constipation with hemorrhoidal bleeding (bright red). Urinary tract infections, hematuria, and urinary urgency are also addressed. Skin conditions such as itchy, burning warts are treated. Back pain radiating to the lower abdomen and joint pain may also respond. Dosage should be determined by a physician and can be used concurrently with conventional medications. To maximize efficacy, maintain a thirty-minute interval between administration and food, beverages, or other medications. Avoid strong-smelling substances (e.g., camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, asafoetida) prior to ingestion. No side effects have been reported. Always use under professional medical guidance.
