Savine, also called Sabina, is derived from the fresh, young shoots of its shrub. This remedy is primarily used for profuse hemorrhaging. Specifically, it addresses heavy menstrual bleeding, bright red in color, exacerbated by movement. This bleeding often accompanies lower back pain radiating to the lower abdomen, potentially extending to the thighs and vagina. Further indications include recurrent miscarriages in the third trimester, post-abortion uterine infections, and constipation with hemorrhoids, particularly those with bright red bleeding. Urinary tract infections, evidenced by hematuria and frequent urination, are also addressed. Skin conditions such as itchy, burning warts are another area of application. Back pain, extending from the lower back to the abdomen and accompanied by joint pain, may also respond. Dosage should follow physician instructions; concurrent use with conventional medications is permissible. To ensure efficacy, a 30-minute interval should be observed between ingestion and food, beverages, or other medications. Strong odors (camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, asafoetida) should be avoided prior to taking the remedy. No side effects have been reported. Always use under professional medical guidance.
