Savine, also called Sabina, is derived from the fresh, young shoots of its shrub. Primarily used for significant hemorrhaging, its applications include: heavy menstrual bleeding (bright red, exacerbated by movement), accompanied by lower back pain radiating to the abdomen and thighs; recurrent third-trimester miscarriages; post-abortion uterine infections; constipation with hemorrhoids (including bright red bleeding); urinary tract infections (with hematuria and frequent urination); itching, burning warts; and lower back pain extending to the abdomen, along with joint pain. Dosage should be as directed by a healthcare professional; it can be used concurrently with conventional medications. To ensure efficacy, allow a 30-minute interval between ingestion and other substances (food, drink, medications). Avoid strong odors (camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, asafoetida) before and during administration. No side effects have been reported. Professional guidance is recommended.
