Savine, also called Sabina, is derived from the fresh, young shoots of its shrub. This remedy primarily addresses profuse hemorrhaging. Specifically, it's indicated for heavy menstrual bleeding (bright red, exacerbated by movement), accompanied by lower back pain radiating to the abdomen, potentially extending to the thighs and vagina. Further uses include recurrent third-trimester miscarriages, post-abortion uterine infections, and hemorrhoidal bleeding (bright red). Additionally, it may help urinary tract infections (including hematuria and urinary urgency), skin conditions (itching and burning warts), and back pain with lower abdominal and joint pain. Dosage should be determined by a physician; concurrent use with conventional medications is permissible. To maximize effectiveness, separate administration from food, drink, and other medications by at least 30 minutes.
