Savine, also called Sabina, is derived from the fresh, young shoots of its shrub. Its primary application is managing significant hemorrhage. This includes heavy menstrual bleeding, especially bright red blood exacerbated by movement, accompanied by lower back pain radiating to the lower abdomen, potentially extending to the vagina and thighs. Further indications encompass recurrent third-trimester miscarriages, post-abortion uterine infections, and constipation with hemorrhoids, particularly when presenting with bright red bleeding. Urinary tract infections, hematuria (blood in urine), and frequent urination are also addressed. Skin manifestations such as itchy, burning warts are another area of use. Back pain, radiating from the lower back to the abdomen and accompanied by joint pain, may also respond to treatment. Dosage should strictly follow physician instructions, and concomitant use with conventional medications is permissible. Observe a 30-minute interval between ingestion and other substances (food, drink, medications). Avoid strong-smelling substances (e.g., camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, asafoetida) near the time of administration. No side effects have been reported. Use only under professional medical guidance.
