Savine, also called Sabina, is derived from the fresh, young shoots of its shrub. Its primary application is managing significant hemorrhage. This includes heavy menstrual bleeding, particularly bright red blood exacerbated by movement, accompanied by lower back pain radiating to the abdomen, potentially extending to the vagina and thighs. Further indications encompass recurrent third-trimester miscarriages, post-abortion uterine infections, and constipation with hemorrhoids, notably bright red bleeding from the hemorrhoids. Urinary tract infections, hematuria, and frequent urination are also addressed. Skin manifestations such as itchy, burning warts are indicated. Back pain, radiating from the lower back to the abdomen, along with joint pain, may also respond to treatment. Dosage should be determined by a physician, and concurrent use with conventional medication is permissible. Observe a thirty-minute interval between ingestion and food, beverages, or other medications. Avoid strong odors such as camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, or asafoetida during administration.
