Savine, also called Sabina, is derived from the fresh, young shoots of its shrub. This remedy primarily addresses profuse bleeding, especially heavy menstrual bleeding (bright red, aggravated by movement), accompanied by lower back pain radiating to the abdomen, potentially extending to the vagina and thighs. It's also indicated for recurrent third-trimester miscarriages, post-abortion uterine infections, and constipation with hemorrhoids (including bright red bleeding from piles). Urinary symptoms may include infection, hematuria, and frequent urination. Skin manifestations can include itching and burning warts. Back pain, often radiating from the lower back to the abdomen, and joint pain are additional indications. Dosage should be as directed by a physician and can be used concurrently with conventional medications. Precautions include maintaining a 30-minute interval between ingestion and other substances (food, drink, medications).
