Overview SBL Santoninum 0/17 LM

Derived from the dried, unopened flower buds of *Artemisia cina*, santonin is a crystalline compound. This agent proves highly effective against intestinal parasites, particularly roundworms and threadworms. Its applications extend to certain eye and urinary tract issues. Hallucinatory symptoms, including visual, auditory, and gustatory disturbances, may occur. Ocular manifestations can include color blindness, strabismus (caused by parasitic infestation), and dark circles under the eyes. Urinary symptoms may present as kidney or urinary tract infections, discoloration (greenish, reddish-purple urine), painful urination, incontinence, enuresis, and a sensation of bladder fullness. Additional symptoms can include occipital headache, nasal itching and digging, foul breath, a deep red tongue, bruxism, nausea (relieved by food), a sensation of choking, nausea (relieved by eating), muscle twitching. Dosage should be as directed by a healthcare professional and may be used concurrently with conventional medications. Administer at least thirty minutes apart from food, beverages, or other medications. Avoid strong-smelling substances (camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, asafoetida) near the mouth during ingestion.
