Overview SBL Santoninum 0/30 LM

Derived from the unexpanded flower heads of *Artemisia cina*, santonin is a crystalline compound. This agent proves highly effective against intestinal parasites, specifically roundworms and threadworms. Its therapeutic applications extend to ocular and urinary disorders. Hallucinatory symptoms, including visual, auditory, and gustatory disturbances, may occur. Ocular manifestations can include color blindness, strabismus (caused by parasitic infestation), and dark circles under the eyes. Urinary symptoms may present as kidney or urinary tract infections, urine discoloration (greenish or reddish-purple), dysuria, urinary incontinence (enuresis), and a sensation of urinary fullness. Additional symptoms may include occipital headache, nasal itching and digging, halitosis, a deep red tongue, bruxism, nausea (relieved by eating), a sensation of choking, and muscle twitching. Dosage should strictly adhere to physician's instructions and can be used concurrently with conventional medications. Observe a 30-minute interval between ingestion and other substances (food, drink, medications). Avoid strong-smelling substances such as camphor, garlic, onion, coffee, and asafoetida during treatment. No significant adverse effects have been documented.
