Derived from Cina, or wormseed's unopened flower heads, santonin is a crystalline compound. Highly effective against roundworms and threadworms, it also addresses certain eye and urinary issues. Hallucinations (visual, auditory, gustatory) may occur. Ocular symptoms include color blindness, strabismus (caused by worms), and dark circles under the eyes.
