Artemisinin, a crystalline component extracted from *Artemisia cina*, is highly effective against intestinal parasites, including nematodes and pinworms. Its therapeutic applications extend to ocular and urinary tract disorders. Hallucinatory symptoms, such as visual, auditory, and gustatory disturbances, may occur. Ophthalmological manifestations include color blindness, strabismus (potentially worm-related), and periorbital darkening. Urinary symptoms can range from kidney or bladder infections, resulting in urine discoloration (greenish, reddish-purple), dysuria, urinary incontinence, enuresis, and a sensation of bladder fullness. Other symptoms may include occipital headache, nasal pruritus, halitosis, a deep red tongue, bruxism, nausea relieved by eating, a sensation of choking, and muscle fasciculations. Dosage should be as directed by a healthcare professional and can be used concurrently with conventional medications. Observe a 30-minute interval between ingestion and other substances (food, drinks, medications). Avoid strong-smelling substances (e.g., camphor, garlic, onion, coffee) during administration.
