This medication is indicated for patients experiencing alternating limb and abdominal pain, profound weakness, syncope, potentially with salivation, preceded by or accompanied by severe cardiac congestion. It's also employed when cutaneous manifestations include dark-colored blisters progressing to suppuration and eventual healing, alongside red-rimmed blisters near the armpit. Associated symptoms may include agitation, cephalgia, severe distress, emesis, and diarrhea offering symptomatic relief. Multiple bowel movements, accompanied by urgency, shivering, and thirst, may occur; however, constipation is also possible. Back and abdominal pain are common, along with significant, tender swelling of the hand and arm. Erysipelas affecting the inner upper arm and unilateral body regions may also respond to this treatment. Use only as directed by a healthcare professional.
