This medication is indicated for patients presenting with shifting limb and abdominal pain, profound weakness, syncope, potentially preceded by intense pain or accompanied by severe cardiac congestion, and excessive salivation. It's also appropriate for cases involving dark, suppurating blisters resolving spontaneously, blisters with a red halo near the armpit, restlessness coupled with cephalalgia, intense distress accompanied by emesis, and diarrhea providing symptomatic relief. The clinical picture may also include multiple bowel movements with tenesmus, chills, and thirst; or conversely, constipation. Back and abdominal pain, along with significant, painful swelling of a hand and arm, are additional indicators. The presence of erysipelas affecting the inner upper arm and unilaterally elsewhere on the body further supports its use. Always administer under strict medical guidance.
