This remedy is indicated for patients presenting with alternating limb and abdominal pain, profound weakness, syncope potentially preceded by or accompanied by intense pain and cardiac congestion, and excessive salivation. It's also suitable for cases involving dark, suppurating blisters which ultimately resolve, alongside blisters with red margins near the armpit. Accompanying symptoms may include agitation, cephalgia, intense distress with emesis, and diarrhea providing temporary relief. Multiple bowel movements, accompanied by urgency, shivering, and thirst may also be present. Constipation can also occur. Back and abdominal pain, along with significant, tender swelling of the hand and arm, are further indications. The presence of erysipelas on the inner upper arm and unilateral body involvement also warrants consideration. Always use under professional medical guidance.
