Instructions: Allow the test to reach room temperature; remove the device from its foil pouch; apply 10 μL of whole blood, serum, or plasma to the sample well; add 2-3 drops (50-80 μL) of buffer to the designated well; interpret the results within 10-20 minutes (avoid readings past 30 minutes). How to Use SIDAK Rapid Vitamin D Test Kit:

Allow the pouch to reach room temperature prior to opening. Extract the testing device from its sealed pouch by carefully tearing along the designated notch, then position the device on a clean, dry, flat surface. Using the provided dropper, introduce 10 μL of whole blood, serum, or plasma into the sample well. Subsequently, add 2–3 drops (50–80 μL) of buffer solution to the designated buffer well. Interpret the test results within 10–20 minutes. Disregard any readings obtained after 30 minutes.
