Allow the pouch to reach room temperature prior to opening. Extract the testing device from its sealed pouch by tearing along the designated notch, then position it on a clean, dry surface. Introduce 10 µL of whole blood, serum, or plasma via the provided dropper into the sample well. Subsequently, add 2-3 drops (50-80 µL) of buffer solution to the designated buffer well. Interpret the test outcome within 10-20 minutes. Disregard any readings taken after 30 minutes.
