Overview Silbex Syrup

Silbex Syrup combines silymarin with a B-complex vitamin blend (B1, B2, B6, niacinamide, and B12). Silymarin, a powerful natural antioxidant, protects the liver from free radical damage by boosting glutathione production and stimulating the regeneration of liver cells through protein synthesis. Thiamine (Vitamin B1) is vital for overall health and maintains healthy mucous membranes. Vitamin B2 assists in treating anemia, including sickle cell anemia. The synergistic action of these vitamins and silymarin supports liver health. Silbex Syrup is indicated as a supportive treatment for infectious hepatitis, toxic and metabolic liver damage, alcoholic liver disease, and as an adjunct in typhoid. Dosage: 20ml twice daily.
