Snapped gusset width: 3” (7.6 cm). Optimal fit with underwear having a 7-7.5 cm crotch width to prevent shifting or bunching. The contoured design minimizes side leakage; however, change when saturated to prevent leaks. Secure wing snaps hold the pad firmly in place. Change every 4-7 hours (light flow), or when saturated (heavy flow). **Materials:** Anti-pill poly fleece (top), two layers of absorbent poly (core), PUL laminated 95% cotton jersey (bottom). **Instructions:** Use as directed.
