Spafast Gel's formulation comprises Diclofenac, Thiocolchicoside, linseed oil, methyl salicylate, and menthol. Its therapeutic action stems from these components: Diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), addresses pain, inflammation, and joint stiffness. Thiocolchicoside functions as a muscle relaxant, targeting nervous system receptors to alleviate painful muscle conditions. Linseed oil offers symptomatic relief for rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and Raynaud's phenomenon, improving joint lubrication and reducing stiffness and pain. Methyl salicylate and menthol, counterirritants, provide localized relief from muscle and joint aches (e.g., arthritis, back pain, sprains) through a cooling and warming sensation.
