Ayurvedic Stronip powder, a strontium ranelate formulation, combats osteoporosis through a unique dual mechanism. It stimulates osteoblast activity, promoting new bone formation, while simultaneously inhibiting osteoclast-mediated bone resorption. This "dual action bone agent" (DABA) strengthens fragile bones in osteoporosis patients and those at risk, reducing bone loss, increasing bone density, and minimizing fracture risk. Effective for both osteoporosis and postmenopausal osteoporosis, Stronip powder should be administered under medical guidance at a dosage of 2 grams daily, ideally at bedtime, at least two hours post-meal.
