Position the mask on your face, securing both headbands behind your head. The lower band should rest at the nape of your neck, the upper band atop your head. With both hands, conform the nose piece to your nasal bridge. Confirm a proper seal. Cover the respirator with both hands and forcefully inhale; a negative pressure should be felt. If air leakage is detected, adjust the nose piece, reposition the mask and headbands, and repeat the fitting process.
