Constructed from 40-micron PVC and containing a food-grade solution of sodium acetate and water, this reusable pack measures 21.3 x 16.2 cm (L x W) and weighs 336g (360g packaged; carton dimensions: 17.2 x 11.4 x 3.2 cm). The non-toxic, leakproof gel remains pliable even when frozen, providing extended cold therapy. It also helps manage high fever, eye strain, and headaches. For cold application, chill for 10–15 minutes. For heat application, immerse in warm water for 3 minutes; use a thin towel if necessary. Avoid microwave heating.
