The non-toxic, leak-proof design remains pliable even when frozen, providing extended cold therapy. It's also effective in managing elevated temperatures, eye strain, and headaches. For cold application, chill for 10-15 minutes. For heat, immerse in warm water for approximately 3 minutes; wrap in a thin cloth if needed. Microwave heating is prohibited.
