Constructed from 40-micron PVC with a food-grade sodium acetate and water solution, this regular-sized (21.3 x 16.2 cm) pack weighs 336 grams (360 grams packaged; carton dimensions: 17.2 x 11.4 x 3.2 cm). The non-toxic, leakproof gel pad remains pliable and maintains its cooling effect even when frozen, offering extended cold therapy. It also helps manage high fevers, and soothes eye strain and headaches. For cold application, chill for 10-15 minutes. For heat therapy, immerse in warm water for 3 minutes.
