Constructed from 40-micron PVC with a food-grade sodium acetate and water solution, this 21.3 x 16.2 cm (L x W) pack weighs 336 grams (360 grams packaged; carton dimensions: 17.2 x 11.4 x 3.2 cm). This non-toxic, leakproof, reusable gel pack remains pliable even when frozen, providing extended cold therapy. It also effectively manages elevated temperatures, soothes eye strain, and mitigates headaches. For cold application, chill for 10–15 minutes. For heat application, immerse in warm water for about 3 minutes. If excessively hot, use a thin towel as a buffer. Do not microwave.
