Apply the provided plastic foot coverings. Open a sachet of exfoliating solution and completely empty its contents into one covering, repeating for the second. Allow the solution to remain in contact with your feet for 60 to 90 minutes; exceeding 90 minutes is not advised due to the high concentration of Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA). Subsequently, remove the coverings and rinse your feet thoroughly. Within 4 to 6 days, expect natural shedding of dead skin.
