How to Use Thermoseal Dental Floss:

Break off approximately 45 centimeters (18 inches) of dental floss. Wrap the floss around the middle fingers of both hands, leaving a six-centimeter (2.25-inch) length between your hands. Carefully insert the floss between each pair of teeth, employing a vertical motion to clean each tooth's surface, ensuring you avoid scraping the gums. For each tooth, utilize a fresh segment of floss to repeat the process.
