The mask's three-layer construction—hydrophobic non-woven outer layer, high-efficiency melt-blown filter, and soft non-woven inner layer—effectively filters bacteria, viruses, and dust particles, while absorbing fine water droplets. Measuring 17cm x 9cm, it boasts enhanced filtration due to its triple-layer design, a breathable inner layer for comfort, secure and adjustable elastic ties, and a moisture-repelling outer layer. The melt-blown filter ensures optimal particle capture. Constructed from hypoallergenic, non-woven spunbond polypropylene (outer/inner layers) and melt-blown filter material (middle layer), this universal-size mask achieves >99% bacterial filtration efficiency at 5 μm (NABL-certified). Multiple pleats and a moldable nose clip (flat plastic or PVC-coated rust-free material) ensure a snug fit. The mask's ultrasonically sealed or stitched elastic ties guarantee secure fastening. Water-resistant, latex-free, and fiberglass-free, it holds EN 14126:2003, EN 14683:2019, ISO 22610:2006, ISO 22609:2004, and FDA certifications. Single-use; store in a cool, dry, dark place.
