How to Use Uvrid Lotion:
Liberally coat all uncovered skin a minimum of 30 minutes prior to sun exposure each day. Reapply every two hours during continuous sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of strenuous activity causing heavy perspiration or after swimming.
