Overview Zerostat Spacer Device
The AeroChamber Plus is a medication reservoir designed to enhance inhaler effectiveness. It temporarily stores medication, allowing for a more comfortable and complete inhalation. This device minimizes medication deposition in the mouth and throat, maximizing lung delivery. The AeroChamber Plus incorporates a patented valve system optimizing medication uptake from your inhaler. Its clear design allows for visual confirmation of the dispensed dose. **Uses:** Facilitates the delivery of asthma and other respiratory medications. **Product Specifications:** Also known as a holding chamber, it briefly retains medication dispensed from a Metered-Dose Inhaler (MDI). Optimally used with Cipla inhalers. Improves airflow, alleviating asthma symptoms like wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, and breathlessness. Reduces oral and throat medication residue, minimizing the risk of infection and irritation. Electrostatically neutral design – this ensures superior drug delivery and enhances MDI therapy efficacy. **Directions For Use:** Remove the mouthpiece cover and shake the MDI before use. Insert the MDI mouthpiece into the AeroChamber Plus. Exhale completely, then place your mouth around the chamber's mouthpiece. Activate the MDI to release the medication into the chamber. Inhale deeply, filling your lungs, hold your breath briefly, then exhale slowly. Repeat for subsequent doses; otherwise, remove the MDI, breathe normally, and rinse your mouth thoroughly. **Safety Information:** Always read the instructions before use. Keep out of children's reach. Replace the AeroChamber Plus every six months. Consult your doctor if you have any questions regarding usage. Avoid cleaning with hot water. Ensure the AeroChamber Plus remains completely dry.
How to Use Zerostat Spacer Device:
Detach the mouthpiece cover and gently shake the inhaler. Connect the inhaler's mouthpiece to the Zerostat Spacer. Exhale completely, then place your mouth firmly around the spacer's mouthpiece. Activate the inhaler, releasing a medication dose into the spacer chamber. Inhale deeply and slowly, filling your lungs completely; hold your breath briefly, then exhale normally. If a second dose is required, repeat the process; otherwise, disconnect the inhaler, breathe normally, and rinse your mouth thoroughly.
