Overview Zib Capsule

ZIB Capsule provides Folic Acid (Vitamin B9), a water-soluble B vitamin. Naturally occurring folate and its synthetic counterpart, folic acid, are functionally equivalent. This capsule is indicated for addressing and preventing folate deficiency, a condition manifested by low blood folate levels. Such deficiency can lead to anemia and impaired nutrient absorption in the intestines. Clinical applications include treating folate-deficient and megaloblastic anemias; preventing megaloblastic anemia and neural tube defects during pregnancy; managing malabsorption disorders; and serving as a supportive treatment alongside antiepileptic medications.
