Use Bepodrops Ophthalmic Solution only as your doctor prescribes. Do not miss any doses. Report any concerning side effects to your doctor immediately.
Always inform your doctor about any allergies to Bepodrops Ophthalmic Solution or its components before use to prevent allergic reactions. Disclose any past or present eye problems. List all other medications you're taking, as interactions are possible. Do not use Bepodrops to treat contact lens irritation, and avoid wearing contact lenses during treatment as discoloration may occur.
Bepodrops Ophthalmic Solution relieves allergy symptoms by inhibiting the release of histamine, a body's natural substance that causes itchy, watery, red, and irritated eyes.
For soft contact lens wearers: remove lenses before applying Bepodrops Ophthalmic Solution. Wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting. Avoid contaminating the tip by not touching it to any surface or your eye.
Use Bepodrops Ophthalmic Solution as directed by your doctor for the prescribed length of treatment. Don't discontinue use prematurely, even if your condition improves; doing so may cause symptoms to recur or intensify.
Close your eyes gently for 2 to 3 minutes after applying the eye drops to allow the medication to fully absorb.
Cleanse your hands before applying Bepodrops Ophthalmic Solution. Shake the bottle well, tilt your head back, and gently pull down your lower eyelid to form a pouch. Position the dropper above your eye and squeeze one drop into the pouch. Close your eyes for one to two minutes. Avoid touching the dropper tip to your eye or any surface; contamination can cause serious eye infections. After application, gently press your finger against the inner corner of your eye (near the eyelid) for about a minute to prevent drainage. Repeat for the other eye as directed by your doctor.
If your doctor prescribes other eye drops, use this one with them, allowing 10–15 minutes between applications.
Remove your contact lenses before using Bepodrops Ophthalmic Solution. You may reinsert them 15 minutes afterward. Contact your doctor for persistent eye irritation.
