Apply ArthroEase Gel to affected areas 2 to 4 times daily, depending on severity, rubbing it in gently and evenly. Avoid overuse and refrain from bandaging or plastering the treated area. While generally safe with minimal side effects, potential reactions include skin rash, itching, redness, or burning. A rash, especially with blisters, may signal a severe allergic reaction; consult your doctor immediately if this occurs. ArthroEase Gel is not advised for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, and should be avoided if you are currently using diclofenac (or similar NSAIDs).
