Overview Castohel NF Cream

DermaClear NF Cream combines multiple medications to effectively manage diverse skin infections. It alleviates inflammatory symptoms like redness, swelling, and pruritus. Its antimicrobial properties combat infectious organisms. DermaClear NF Cream is for topical use only, as directed by your physician. Apply a thin layer to affected areas with clean, dry hands. In case of accidental eye, nasal, oral, or vaginal contact, flush thoroughly with water. Symptom improvement may take days or weeks; consistent use is crucial. Complete the prescribed course for optimal results. Consult your doctor if your condition worsens or fails to improve. While generally well-tolerated, localized irritation, redness, or burning may occur. Report persistent side effects to your physician. Regular moisturizing can mitigate dryness. Interaction with other oral or injectable medications is unlikely, but discuss prior use of similar products and any allergic reactions with your doctor before starting treatment. Notify your doctor if you are pregnant, considering pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

How Castohel NF Cream works:

Castohel NF Cream unites four active pharmaceutical agents: ciprofloxacin, metronidazole, terbinafine, and clobetasol propionate. Ciprofloxacin, a bacterial antibiotic, inhibits bacterial reproduction and repair mechanisms. Metronidazole, another antibiotic, combats various infectious organisms, including bacteria, through DNA disruption. Terbinafine, an antifungal, halts fungal proliferation by interfering with cell wall synthesis. Clobetasol propionate, a corticosteroid, reduces inflammation by suppressing the production of prostaglandins, the inflammatory mediators responsible for redness, swelling, and itching.
