Coldcure tablets contain a five-component formula comprising caffeine, cetirizine, nimesulide, paracetamol, and phenylephrine. This formulation provides symptomatic relief from cold symptoms such as muscle pain, headache, tiredness, fever, watery eyes, sneezing, cough, throat irritation, and nasal congestion and discharge.
Breastfeeding is not recommended during Coldcure Tablet use. The medication's cetirizine, an antihistamine, can transfer to breast milk, potentially harming the infant. Disclose breastfeeding to your physician if Coldcure Tablet is prescribed.
Paracetamol and Nimesulide are the active components of Coldcure Tablets. Excessive doses of these medications can be hepatotoxic.
