Apply a thin layer to affected, clean, dry skin only as directed by your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, and broken skin. Rinse with cool water if accidental contact occurs. How Combac Gel works:

Combac Gel unites four active components: diclofenac, linseed oil, menthol, and methyl salicylate. Diclofenac and methyl salicylate, both non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), inhibit the production of inflammatory mediators responsible for pain and inflammation (swelling and redness). Linseed oil, a botanical extract, contributes to reduced inflammation and enhanced local blood flow, simultaneously improving diclofenac's dermal absorption. Menthol imparts a soothing, cooling sensation to the skin.

What if you forget to take Combac Gel :

Should you forget a Combac Gel application, apply it immediately. However, if your next scheduled application is imminent, omit the missed dose and resume your usual regimen. Never apply a double dose.
