Overview Decovil TH Gel

Arthro-Relief Gel provides pain relief and reduces inflammation in muscles and joints. It's effective for treating various injuries including sprains, strains, and contusions, as well as conditions like tendonitis (for example, tennis elbow) and osteoarthritis. Apply Arthro-Relief Gel to the affected area 2 to 4 times daily, depending on symptom severity. Massage gently and evenly into the skin until fully absorbed. Avoid excessive application and do not bandage or plaster the treated area. While generally well-tolerated, potential side effects include skin rash, itching, redness, or burning. A rash with blisters may indicate a severe allergic reaction; seek immediate medical attention if this occurs. Arthro-Relief Gel is not advised for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, nor should it be used concurrently with diclofenac or similar medications.

How Decovil TH Gel works:

Decovil TH Gel is a five-component topical analgesic formulation comprising diclofenac diethylamine, thiocolchicoside, linseed oil, methyl salicylate, and menthol. Diclofenac diethylamine and methyl salicylate, both NSAIDs, inhibit prostaglandin synthesis, thereby reducing pain and inflammation. Thiocolchicoside, a muscle relaxant, acts centrally to alleviate muscle spasms and stiffness, promoting improved mobility and pain relief. Linseed oil offers anti-inflammatory benefits, contributing to reduced swelling. Menthol provides localized cooling, achieved through vasodilation, leading to an analgesic effect. Furthermore, menthol enhances transdermal drug delivery, accelerating the onset of therapeutic action.
