Derwin Gel combines four active ingredients—diclofenac, capsaicin, methyl salicylate, menthol, and linseed oil—to provide effective pain and inflammation relief. Diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), inhibits the production of pain-inducing, inflammatory chemical messengers in the brain, thus reducing fever and redness. Methyl salicylate and menthol, both topical analgesics, create a cooling-warming sensation on the skin, providing a counter-irritant effect that diminishes pain perception.
