Overview Doil Liniment

Articulin Balm soothes joint and muscle pain and inflammation. Effective for various injuries including sprains, strains, and contusions, it also provides relief from tendonitis (like tennis elbow) and osteoarthritis. Apply Articulin Balm 2 to 4 times daily to affected areas, depending on severity, rubbing gently and evenly into the skin until absorbed. Avoid overuse and do not bandage or plaster the treated area. While generally safe, minor skin irritation, such as rash, itching, redness, or burning, may occur. A blistering rash may indicate a serious allergic reaction; seek immediate medical attention if this happens. Articulin Balm is not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and should not be used concurrently with diclofenac (or similar) oral medications.

FAQs on Doil Liniment

Joint pain, particularly from arthritis, finds relief in the safe and effective application of Doil Liniment. This liniment also provides treatment for acute neck and back pain, as well as tendonitis, sprains, and strains.
Doil Liniment is unsuitable for treating hip pain. Because the hip joint lies deep within the body, this topical medication is unlikely to penetrate sufficiently to alleviate hip joint discomfort.
Apply Doil Liniment topically, massaging it gently into the skin with your hands. For optimal results, use four times daily. While some immediate relief (within 30 minutes) may occur, complete effectiveness usually requires several days of consistent application. Ensure the skin is clean, dry, and free from abrasions, wounds, infections, or skin irritations before use. If unsure, seek medical advice. Wash your hands after application; if the hands are the treated area, postpone washing for at least an hour. Avoid exposing the treated area to direct sunlight to prevent potential skin reactions.
Continue applying this medication topically for the duration your physician recommends to achieve optimal results.
To prevent interference with Doil Liniment absorption, refrain from applying other topical treatments, including lotions and sunscreens, to the same skin area.
Applying heat, such as from a heating pad or bandage, to the site where this gel is used is not recommended, as it could accelerate medication absorption and lead to adverse reactions.
