Dolcinac MR Gel combines five active ingredients—diclofenac, linseed oil, menthol, methyl salicylate, and thiocolchicoside—to alleviate pain and muscle tension. Diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), inhibits the production of inflammatory mediators responsible for pain and inflammation (swelling and redness). Linseed oil's anti-inflammatory effects help reduce arthritic inflammation. Menthol and methyl salicylate, acting as topical analgesics, initially cool then warm the skin, disrupting pain signal transmission along nerves. Thiocolchicoside, a muscle relaxant, acts centrally on the brain and spinal cord to ease muscle spasms, stiffness, and improve mobility.
