Overview Doris Tablet

Femina Tabs combines two active ingredients for birth control and managing irregular menstrual cycles. It prevents ovulation and fertilization. Femina Tabs can be taken with or without food, but consistent timing maximizes effectiveness. Follow your doctor's instructions; begin on the first day of your period and continue for a full month, starting a new pack upon completion. If vomiting occurs within four hours of ingestion, take another tablet. If a dose is missed by less than 12 hours, take it immediately; if it's been longer than 12 hours, use a barrier method (condom) for two days. Common side effects include nausea, headache, breast tenderness, mood swings, altered vaginal discharge, and yeast infections. Report any concerning or persistent side effects to your physician; management options may be available. Intermenstrual bleeding or missed periods may occur; consult your doctor if this becomes frequent or prolonged. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience limb swelling and pain, breathlessness, chest pain, or vision changes – these could indicate a blood clot. Before starting Femina Tabs, inform your doctor if you smoke and are over 35, have a history of heart attack, or have uterine, cervical, or vaginal cancer. Disclose all other medications you're using, as interactions may reduce effectiveness or alter the drug's action. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Regular monitoring of blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar may be recommended during treatment.
