Overview Drifen-P Nasal Drops

Nasal congestion in children from colds, allergies, or hay fever can be eased with Pedi-Clear Nasal Drops. This medication is for external nasal use only, administered as directed by your child's physician. Carefully apply the prescribed amount to each nostril, avoiding contact between the dropper tip and your child's nose. If contact occurs, rinse the tip with hot water and dry it thoroughly before replacing the cap. Administer the drops into one nostril at a time, gently closing the other, then encouraging your child to sniff deeply for optimal distribution. Repeat for the other nostril. Pedi-Clear provides rapid, temporary relief (within 2 minutes, lasting up to 10 hours). A final application before bedtime is suggested. Avoid overuse; prolonged use can cause side effects, while sudden discontinuation might worsen congestion. Minor, temporary side effects like nasal irritation, dryness, nausea, headache, or burning may occur, usually subsiding after several applications. However, persistent or bothersome side effects require immediate medical attention. Always adhere to your doctor's instructions and the medication label.
