Femstop can be ingested with food at any time, but consistent daily timing is recommended, ideally commencing on the first day of menstruation for optimal efficacy. Continue the prescribed regimen until your physician advises otherwise. Missed doses should be taken immediately upon recollection. Complete the full course, even with symptom improvement. Report any lack of menstrual changes after three consecutive cycles.
