Coldrest tablets offer symptomatic relief from the common cold. They temporarily alleviate nasal congestion and provide relief from allergic symptoms such as rhinorrhea and ocular pruritus. Coldrest should be taken as directed by your physician, with or without food; however, taking it with food may minimize gastrointestinal discomfort. Encold tablets contain paracetamol, caffeine, diphenhydramine, and phenylephrine. This formulation provides symptomatic relief from cold symptoms including myalgia, cephalgia, lassitude, pyrexia, rhinorrhea, lacrimation, cough, pharyngitis, and nasal congestion.
Encold Tablets include caffeine; therefore, it's best to forgo other caffeine-containing medications or foods. This includes beverages such as coffee, tea, and cola, as well as chocolate, to prevent excessive caffeine consumption. Alcohol (beer, wine, etc.) should also be avoided during treatment with this medication.
Encold Tablets may cause drowsiness or sleepiness. Refrain from driving, operating machinery, working at heights, or engaging in hazardous activities initially, until you understand the medication's effects on you.
Encold Tablet rarely produces severe adverse reactions. Report any allergic responses, skin eruptions or desquamation, oral ulcers, respiratory difficulties, spontaneous bleeding, recurring fever or infections, visual impairment, or rapid or erratic pulse to your physician immediately.
