Femic-Comb tablets combine medications to manage heavy menstrual bleeding and associated pain. This medication works by inhibiting blood clot breakdown, thus reducing excessive menstrual flow. It also suppresses the production of pain and inflammation-inducing chemicals. Femic-Comb can be taken anytime, with or without food, but consistent daily timing is recommended, ideally starting on the first day of menstruation for optimal efficacy. Continue use as directed by your physician. Missed doses should be taken promptly upon recall; complete the prescribed course regardless of symptom improvement. Report any lack of menstrual change after three consecutive cycles to your doctor. Common side effects include nausea, abdominal discomfort, headache, nasal congestion, sinusitis, skin rash, fatigue, and musculoskeletal pain. Diarrhea is also possible; increased fluid intake is advised to prevent dehydration. Consult your doctor if menstrual changes are absent after three cycles. Mefenamic Acid inhibits prostaglandin synthesis, alleviating pain and inflammation associated with redness and swelling.

What if you forget to take Exmic-MF Tablet :

Should you forget to take your Exmic-MF Tablet, administer it at your earliest convenience. If, however, your next scheduled dose is imminent, omit the missed dose and resume your usual dosage regimen. Avoid taking a double dose.
