The tablets can be taken with food at any time, but consistent daily timing is recommended, ideally commencing on the first day of menstruation for optimal effectiveness. Continue taking the medication as directed by your physician for the full prescribed duration. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered. Complete the entire course of treatment, regardless of symptom improvement. Report to your doctor if no improvement in menstrual bleeding is observed after three consecutive menstrual cycles. Common side effects can include nausea, abdominal pain, headache, nasal stuffiness, sinusitis, skin rash, fatigue, and musculoskeletal pain.
