Overview Flutik Tablet

FlutiCare tablets offer symptomatic relief from the common cold. They temporarily alleviate nasal congestion and help manage allergy symptoms such as rhinorrhea and ocular pruritus. FlutiCare should be taken as directed by your physician, with or without food; however, taking it with food may minimize stomach discomfort. Dosage depends on your individual response and condition, and the prescribed course must be completed. Premature discontinuation may lead to symptom recurrence and condition exacerbation. Inform your doctor of all other medications you are using, as interactions are possible. Common side effects include nausea, emesis, cephalalgia, xerostomia, akathisia, lassitude, and somnolence. These are usually transient and self-limiting; however, report any concerns to your doctor promptly. Drowsiness and dizziness are also possible; avoid driving or activities requiring alertness until effects are known. Alcohol consumption should be avoided due to potential exacerbation of dizziness. Prior to commencing treatment, disclose any hepatic or renal impairment, and also inform your doctor if you are pregnant, considering pregnancy, or breastfeeding to ensure appropriate dosage.

How Flutik Tablet works:

Flutik Tablet combines four active components: caffeine, paracetamol, levocetirizine, and phenylephrine. Paracetamol acts as both an analgesic, easing pain, and an antipyretic, lowering fever, by inhibiting the production of pain and fever-inducing brain chemicals. Levocetirizine, an antihistamine, alleviates allergic symptoms such as nasal discharge, watery eyes, and sneezing. Caffeine, a stimulant, enhances paracetamol's efficacy and counteracts levocetirizine-induced drowsiness.
