Overview Freedase 30 Tablet
Preventa 30 tablets prevent pregnancy. This oral contraceptive contains estrogen and progestin, preventing egg maturation each month. Take Preventa 30 at the same time daily, with or without food, as directed by your physician. Begin on the first day of your menstrual cycle, taking one tablet daily for a full month; start a new pack immediately after finishing the current one. If vomiting occurs within four hours of ingestion, take another tablet. If a dose is missed by less than 12 hours, take it immediately; if more than 12 hours late, use a barrier method (like a condom) for 48 hours. If stomach upset occurs, take the tablet with food, preferably in the evening. Common side effects include headache, breast tenderness, nausea, and acne. Report any concerning or persistent side effects to your doctor, as management options exist. Irregular bleeding or spotting may occur; consult your doctor if this becomes frequent or prolonged. This medication may elevate blood pressure; regular monitoring is necessary. Before starting Preventa 30, inform your doctor if you are a smoker over 35, have a history of heart attack, or uterine, cervical, or vaginal cancer. Disclose all other medications you are taking, as interactions can reduce efficacy. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
