Overview Freshnom Eye Drop

Dry eye relief is provided by the eye lubricant, Lacri-Soothe, which replaces deficient natural tears. This artificial tear solution alleviates the burning and discomfort associated with inadequate eye lubrication. Lacri-Soothe is administered as needed, with the dosage determined by your physician. Allow a 5-10 minute interval between administering Lacri-Soothe and other ophthalmic medications to prevent dilution. Discard any bottle with a compromised seal. Always maintain hand hygiene and avoid touching the dropper tip to prevent infection. Lacri-Soothe may require prolonged use and is safe for extended periods as directed. Occasional mild side effects like eye irritation (including burning, discomfort, and itching), pain, and blurred vision may occur; these are typically transient. However, report persistent or worsening symptoms to your doctor. Refrain from driving, operating machinery, or engaging in activities requiring clear vision until your vision is unimpaired. Consult your physician if your condition worsens or side effects are troublesome. While generally unaffected by other medications, inform your doctor of any prior glaucoma diagnosis. Avoid use while wearing soft contact lenses and notify your doctor if an eye infection develops during treatment.

FAQs on Freshnom Eye Drop

Freshnom Eye Drops provide lubrication for dry eyes, acting as a tear replacement. These drops temporarily alleviate burning, irritation, and discomfort stemming from ocular dryness. They also serve to lubricate and rewet both soft and rigid gas permeable contact lenses, mitigating dryness, irritation, and discomfort related to contact lens use.
Visual changes, eye secretions, and medication remnants may occur during treatment. Additional potential side effects include ocular redness, irritation, burning, and discomfort, as well as eyelid swelling and itching.
Keep this medication below 25°C and away from children. Avoid contacting surfaces with the container's tip; always recap it. Discard the eye drops after the expiration date or 30 days post-opening, whichever comes first.
For dry eye relief, administer one or two drops into the affected eye(s) as required. To lubricate soft or rigid gas-permeable contact lenses, apply one to two drops to each lens-bearing eye as needed, or as your ophthalmologist advises. Following application, blink repeatedly.
Freshnom Eye Drops are considered safe for use. Application is solely external and poses no inherent risk. However, some individuals may experience side effects such as burning, discomfort, pain, itching, or blurred vision. Should any of these reactions continue, seek immediate medical attention.
